It is located in the eastern side of Yuhua Road, Area B of Tianzhu Konggang Industrial Development Zone, Shunyi District, Beijing, covering an area of 124,000 m2.

The project comprises: high-performance rare earth permanent magnetic material workshop, special master alloy center, precision metal product workshop, special alloy precision strip steel workshop and other production plants; M&E repair shop, raw material and finished product warehouses, raw material and finished product management center and other auxiliary facilities; canteen, shower rooms and shift dormitories and service facilities. The planned gross floor area is 152,000 m2, and currently, 63,000 m2 has been put into service.
